The Mangalore police yesterday (18th September) arrested two young persons, one of who is dancer-choreographer Kishore Shetty, for buying drugs from Bombay and trying to sell the same in Mangalore. The other person held was Akil alias Nausheel. The police seized drugs from them, as well as their motorbikes and cell phones. Kishore Shetty had acted in ABCD: Any Body Can Dance. MDMA powder was found in their possession. A criminal case has been registered against Kishore and the other youth arrested.
