Writer, poet and lyricist Javed Akhtar celebrated his 75th birthday yesterday (17th January) with a grand party at Hotel Land’s End. The party, which is still on in full swing, is being very largely attended by stars, music directors, lyricists, filmmakers, producers and many others from the film industry as well as other walks of life. A day earlier, he brought in his birthday with a retro-themed party where he and his guests sported the retro look.
