ASSISTANT DIRECTOR HELD FOR PUSHING WOMEN INTO PROSTITUTION | 6 December, 2019

Nitesh Jagdish Goel, an assistant film director, was on 4th December arrested by the social service branch of the Bombay police for allegedly pushing women into the flesh trade. The police raided Hotel Koshyo Suites at J.B. Nagar circle and arrested Goel there. Two women, who had worked as models and actresses, were rescued.

The 35-year-old Goel was booked for trafficking under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. The police said, Nitesh Goel acted as a pimp between the girls and clients.
