Senior Bhojpuri film actor Gopal Rai passed away today (25th May) at Muzaffarpur (in Bihar). He was 76 and had been ailing since long.
Gopal Rai had acted in over 200 Bhojpuri films, several of which proved box-office hits. He had played hero, villain and character actor in films and had also worked in television serials. Among his well-known films are Nadiya Ke Paar, Ganga Kinare Mora Gaon and Nirahua Hindustani.
