Ali Kaashif Khan, an advocate of Bombay, has filed a plea before the Bombay high court against Kangana Ranaut and sought to “permanently suspend or deactivate” her Twitter account (@KanganaTeam) as she had used the social media to allegedly spread hatred and disharmony in the country through her tweets.
The petition makes Twitter Inc. a party. It said that it had not taken action on his October 24 request to suspend her account. Khan sought orders to the social media giant to scrupulously follow its guidelines.
