Actress Kriti Sanon has purchased a sea-facing penthouse in an under-construction residential tower at Pali Hill in Bombay for Rs. 78.20 crore. The carpet area of the apartment is 6,636 sq. ft. spread across the topmost two floors — 14th and 15th.
The per sq. foot rate is Rs. 1.18 lakh, making it one of the costliest property transactions in the suburbs of Bombay. Kriti reportedly paid Rs. 3.91 crore as stamp duty (including GST) yesterday (14th August) when the property was registered.
