Actor Dalip Tahhil has been sentenced to two months in prison for a 2018 hit-and-run case while driving under the influence of alcohol. The actor had been arrested soon after the accident involving an autorickshaw with two passengers. Of the two passengers, a woman passenger was injured. The court’s decision was based on medical evidence of alcohol consumption.
