LATEST POSITION | 6 December, 2025 ‘DHURANDHAR’ OPENS VERY WELL, LAST WEEK’S ‘TERE ISHK MEIN’ SCORES

This week’s DHURANDHAR opened big. It has brought huge smiles on the faces of the trade people.

Tere Ishk Mein did extremely well in 1st week. The film took a flying start with a net collection of Rs. 15.06 crore on Friday. Considering that this was a solo Dhanush starrer, the figure was rather impressive. Collections on Saturday increased to Rs. 16.57 crore. The jump on Sunday was more pronounced as the day closed at Rs. 18.32 crore. In this way, the total for the first weekend was a fantastic Rs. 49.95 crore. Collections for the weekdays were as follows: Monday – Rs. 8.39 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 10.01 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 6.89 crore, Thursday – Rs. 5.79 crore. With the total for the weekdays being Rs. 31.08 crore, the first week closed at Rs. 81.03 crore. The film will join the Rs. 100-crore club before the second week is completed.

Gustaakh Ishq met with a very poor response from the public in 1st week. It could barely collect Rs. 1 crore in the entire week.

Fakeeriyat performed badly in the first week all over.

Me No Pause Me Play could not do much in the first week all over.

Atmaharaam Live proved a dead duck at the box-office in the first week.

Kaisi Ye Paheli bombed in 1st week all over.

Zootopia 2 (animation; dubbed and the original English versions) did fair business in the first week. It collected approximately Rs. 6.50 crore in the first weekend, and another Rs. 4.50 crore during the weekdays. Therefore, the total for 1st week was Rs. 11 crore.

Mastiii 4 crashed horrendously in 2nd week. It added less than Rs. 1 crore to its kitty in the second week. Actually, the total for 2nd week was only Rs. 0.75 crore. Grand total for 2 weeks: Rs. 11 crore.

120 Bahadur is in its last lap. It performed poorly in 2nd week. It netted Rs. 1.75 crore in the second weekend, and an additional Rs. 1 crore during the weekdays. Hence the total for 2nd week was only Rs. 2.75 crore. Grand total for 2 weeks: Rs. 15.25 crore.

De De Pyaar De 2 managed to survive in the third week. It started the third weekend with a take of Rs. 0.80 crore. Collections on Saturday and Sunday increased to Rs. 1.35 crore and Rs. 1.40 crore respectively. After a third weekend total of Rs. 3.55 crore, collections for the weekdays were as follows: Monday – Rs. 0.40 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 0.55 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 0.40 crore, Thursday – Rs. 0.35 crore. With the total for the weekdays being Rs. 1.70 crore, the third week closed at Rs. 5.25 crore. Grand total for 3 weeks: Rs. 68.75 crore.

Asa Mee Ashi Mee (Marathi) flopped in the first week all over Maharashtra.

Taath Kana (Mararthi) fared poorly in Maharashtra in the first week.

Nirdhar (Marathi) did weak business in 1st week in Maharashtra.

Laalo: Krishna Sada Sahaayate (Gujarati) is on its way to joining the Rs. 100-crore club. It will become the first Gujarati film to do so!
