Amit Sharma has stepped down as managing director of Miraj Entertainment Ltd. He was associated with the Miraj group for 14 years. Miraj today has multiplexes with around 250 screens, spread across the country.
Amit will now turn his attention to the area of children’s soft play and gaming with Doodles. The brand currently operates four centres — in Kullu (Himachal Pradesh), Hisar (Haryana), Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) and Kozhikode (Kerala). It is set to open 10 more centres in a year.
