ORDERS TO SHUT DOWN CINEMAS, STOP SHOOTINGS IN MAHARASHTRA | 13 April, 2021

Cinemas in Maharashtra have been ordered to be shut down with immediate effect in the state of Maharashtra in view of the growing number of coronavirus cases. In a bid to break the chain, the Maharashtra government announced earlier this evening (April 13) a janta curfew which is a kind of a lockdown in the state. Besides the closure of cinemas till April 30, shootings of films, TV serials, web series and ad films will not be permitted in the state.
