The Indian Film And Television Directors’ Association (IFTDA) has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, demanding an official industry status for Bollywood. The letter, dated 25th May, states that although our films match in quality with films of Hollywood and other nations, our industry has been denied the recognition it deserves.
