Late Raj Kapoor’s iconic studio, R.K. Studios, has been razed to the ground to make way for a plush building complex. The studio floors, make-up rooms, canteen have all been demolished. However, Godrej Properties, which bought the studio in August, 2018, have kept the main gate intact. The studio was started by the showman in 1948.
