A special court on April 29 remanded to police custody till May 8 three accused arrested in connection with the firing at actor Salman Khan’s residence at Bandra in Bombay. Special MCOCA judge A.M. Patil sent Vicky Gupta (24), Sagar Pal (21) and Anuj Thapan (32) to police custody. Sonu Chander Bishnoi (37) was sent to judicial custody on medical grounds.
The police have slapped MCOCA against alleged shooters Gupta and Pal, alleged arms suppliers Thapan and Bishnoi, jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, and his brother, Anmol.
