As part of the activities organised during the 75th year of the establishment of the Supreme Court of India, Kiran Rao’s Laapataa Ladies was screened today in Delhi for the judges. Director of the film, Kiran Rao, and producer Aamir Khan were present during the screening from 4.15 p.m. There was a brief interaction of the Chief Justice of India and the other apex court judges and their spouses, with Aamir and Kiran.
Laapataa Ladies was selected for the screening for its theme of gender equality.
The screening is being followed by dinner.
