Actor Amitabh Bachchan has sold his duplex apartment at Oshiwara in Bombay for Rs. 83 crore. He had purchased this residential property in The Atlantis for Rs. 31 crore in 2021.
The flat spans a carpet area of 5,185 sq. ft. and includes a terrace admeasuring 4,800 sq. ft. It includes six car parking spaces. The stamp duty paid was reportedly Rs. 4.98 crore while the registration charges were Rs. 30,000.
The buyers are Vijay Thakur and Kamal Thakur.
