Music director Tutul Bhattacharya (of Bapi-Tutul music director duo) passed away today (20th February) around 7.30 a.m. following a massive cardiac arrest. He was 59. He had been unwell for 4-5 months but there was nothing seriously wrong with him. In fact, he was working during these months too.
Bapi-Tutul had scored music for several films including Khosla Ka Ghosla!. The duo also composed the Govinda Govinda tune for Sarkar.
Tutul was Bapi’s younger brother. He is survived by his wife and a daughter.
