Tushar Dhingra, co-founder and CEO of Dhishoom Cinemas, has completed a management buyout of A&R Mediaworks Pvt. Ltd., the company which owns and operates Dhishoom Cinemas. After this, Dhingra gets full ownership and control of the company. He will now lead it as promoter and founder.
Dhishoom currently operates screens in Ayodhya, Badaun, Jhunjhunu and Paonta Sahib. Properties of Dhishoom are scheduled to open in Ghazipur, Hissar, Bathinda, Jaunpur, Harda, Kannur, Faridabad etc.
Dhingra has also announced Rave Cinemas India. Rave Cinemas is a premium brand of cinemas. It will target upscale locations and sophisticated audience across the country. The brand will make its debut in Bhopal, Patna and Ranchi.
