Television and film actress Sanchita Ugale died by suicide on 14th June at her Nalasopara East residence in Thane. She was 22. Sanchita was found hanging from her ceiling fan. The police are awaiting her post mortem report. Her family members have alleged that she was facing pressure from some influential persons in the entertainment industry.
Sanchita had worked in several TV serials like Kumkum Bhagya. She was also seen in Chhaava (as the young Tara Rani).
