Bhangra Paa Le met with a disastrous fate. It collected barely Rs. 0.50 crore in the first weekend during which a number of shows in different cinemas had to be cancelled due to zero audience. Collections in the weekdays were even more pathetic — that is, wherever it lasted after the weekend.

Sab Kushal Mangal proved a damp squib in the first week, collecting barely Rs. 0.40 crore in the weekend. Its shows at many places were cancelled. Collections in the weekdays, where it lasted, were even more miserable.

Shimla Mirchi faced rejection right from day one. The film recorded horrendous collections in the first week during which shows were hardly held.

English Ki Taay Taay Fisss… proved a debacle in the first week.

Antervyatha was a debacle in 1st week everywhere.

Acid bombed miserably in the first week everywhere.

Good Newwz maintained very well in the second week after a phenomenal first week of Rs. 127.90 crore. It started the second weekend with a take of Rs. 8.10 crore. Collections jumped to Rs. 11.70 crore on Saturday and further to Rs. 14.40 crore on Sunday, taking the second weekend’s total to Rs. 34.20 crore. Collections in the weekdays were: Monday – Rs. 5.40 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 5.04 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 4.77 crore, Thursday – Rs. 3.75 crore. In this way, the film added Rs. 18.96 crore to its kitty in the weekdays, taking its total for the second week to Rs. 53.16 crore. Grand total for 2 weeks: Rs. 181.06 crore. Overseas, the film has grossed around Rs. 65 crore in 2 weeks! It is the highest-grossing Akshay Kumar starrer abroad and may well become so in India too.

Dabangg 3 netted Rs. 2.65 crore in the third weekend, and another Rs. 1.50 crore in the weekdays. It, therefore, added Rs. 4.15 crore to its kitty in 3rd week and thereby took its 3-week total to Rs. 146.85 crore.

Mardaani 2 collected Rs. 1.35 crore in the fourth weekend, and Rs. 0.75 crore in the weekdays. With a total of Rs. 2.10 crore in the fourth week, it took its 4-week total to Rs. 47.35 crore. It has surpassed the total of Hichki, also starring Rani Mukerji. Hichki had collected Rs. 46.18 crore in its entire run.

Jumanji: The Next Level (dubbed) and the English original of the same name collected Rs. 2.25 crore in the fourth weekend. Collections in the weekdays were Rs. 1.05 crore. In this way, its fourth week’s total was Rs. 3.30 crore. Grand total for 4 weeks: Rs. 60.92 crore.

Pati Patni Aur Woh netted Rs. 0.90 crore in the fifth week. Grand total for 5 weeks: Rs. 85.14 crore.
