A group of freelance film journalists approached Amitabh Bachchan last week and requested him for financial assistance to tide over the pandemic lockdown. Within 48 hours, Bachchan asked the scribes to provide him their bank account details. As soon as that was done, Amitabh had decent amounts of money transferred into the bank accounts of the journalists, enough for them to manage for at least three months.
