The Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Association has given Rs. 5 lakh to the widow of Marathi film art director Raju Sapte who committed suicide on 3rd July this year due to the harassment at the hands of Rakesh Maurya, honorary treasurer of the Film Studio Setting & Allied Mazdoor Union. The IMPPA has also requested like-minded people to extend financial help to the family of the deceased.
