100% CAPACITY FOR CINEMAS ALLOWED IN MADHYA PRADESH | 17 November, 2021

Cinemas in Madhya Pradesh have been permitted to operate at full capacity with immediate effect. Even the night curfew restrictions have been discontinued.

Multiplexes as well as single-screen cinemas in the state will be functioning at cent per cent capacity from today (17th November) itself. Madhya Pradesh home minister Narottam Mishra had on 1st November told a delegation of the Central Circuit Cine Association (CCCA), comprising Basant Ladha, O.P. Goyal and Sandeep Jain, in Bhopal that the government would soon permit cinemas to function at full capacity. The trade was expecting the directive to be issued soon thereafter but that has come now, after more than a fortnight.
