KANNADA FILM DIRECTOR PARDEEP RAJ DIES OF COVID COMPLICATIONS | 21 January, 2022

Kannada film director Pardeep Raj passed away on the morning of 20th January due to COVID-19 complications. He was 46. He had been admitted to a hospital in Pondicherry after being infected by the Coronavirus a few days back.

Pardeep is survived by his wife and two children. He was battling diabetes for nearly 15 years. He reportedly died of multiple organ failure after he contracted the virus.

Pardeep Raj debuted as a director with Kiraathaka (2011), featuring Yash and Oviya. He had also directed Mr. 420 (2012), Rajani Kantha (2013), Anjada Gandu (2014), Bengaluru 560023 (2015) and Kicchu (2018).
