Actor Sayaji Shinde on 18th June was shocked to see a group of boys on the Ghatkopar-Mankhurd flyover, hitting low-flying birds with catapults. He saw the boys injuring a heron, which is when he stopped his car and video-recorded the incident, wondering aloud in front of the boys why they were harming the birds. Shinde then complained to the Bombay police.
