Big Bang Media Ventures and New Horizons Alliance have merged together. The combined entity has retained the name of Big Bang Media Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

Madhu Mantena will continue as the Chief Creative Officer of BBMVPL while banking professional Ravneet Gill will be the new Managing Director and CEO. Manmohan Shetty will head the Board of the merged entity as its non-executive chairman.
