Amit Lodha, the Bihar IPS officer, who has come in for a lot of praise after the streaming of Netflix’s web series Khakee: The Bihar Chapter, has been charged by the Bihar police of corruption and allegedly using his position for personal financial gains. According to the complaint filed by the Economic Offences Wing of the Bihar police, Lodha entered into a deal with production house Friday Story Teller even while he was serving as an IPS officer.
