The Bombay high court on December 12 asked the Enforcement Directorate why a lookout circular was effective against actor-producer Sachin Joshi even after his discharge in a money laundering case. The ED said, it had filed a revision petition against Joshi’s October 18 discharge by a special PMLA court and the same was listed for hearing on December 20.
The judges said, the ED can’t wait in anticipation that the discharge order would be reversed. The case will be heard on December 21.
