Commando 3 did reasonably well in the first week. As around 80-90% of the investment in the film had already been recovered from non-theatrical sources, it has proven to be a paying proposal for all concerned. It started on an average note but collections showed improvement in the evening and night shows on Friday so that the day ended at Rs. 4.74 crore. Collections picked up on Saturday which ended at Rs. 5.64 crore. The jump in collections on Sunday was even more so that the day closed at Rs. 7.95 crore. After a first weekend total of Rs. 18.33 crore, collections on the weekdays were steady at medium levels: Monday – Rs. 3.42 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 3.02 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 2.42 crore, Thursday – Rs. 2.03 crore. By adding Rs. 10.89 crore in the weekdays, the film took its total for the first week to Rs. 29.22 crore.

Yeh Saali Aashiqui bombed all over in the first week.

Hotel Mumbai (dubbed) and the English version of the same name did fairly well in 1st week. It netted Rs. 1.08 crore on the opening day. Collections increased on Saturday (Rs. 1.70 crore) and Sunday (Rs. 2.03 crore). In this way, the film netted Rs. 4.81 crore in the first weekend. Its collections during the weekdays were steady but on the lower side: Monday – Rs. 0.65 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 0.61 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 0.60 crore, Thursday – Rs. 0.54 crore. The total for the weekdays, therefore, was Rs. 2.40 crore. In this way, the first week closed at Rs. 7.21 crore.

Pagalpanti crashed in the second week. It netted only Rs. 0.60 crore on the first day of the second weekend. Collections for Saturday and Sunday were Rs. 0.90 crore and Rs. 1.30 crore respectively. Resultantly, the second weekend closed at Rs. 2.80 crore. Collections during the weekdays were rather poor: Monday – Rs. 0.45 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 0.45 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 0.37 crore, Thursday – Rs. 0.33 crore. By adding only Rs. 1.60 crore in the weekdays, the film took its second week’s total to Rs. 4.40 crore. Grand total for 2 weeks: Rs. 32.55 crore.

Frozen II (animation, dubbed) and the English original of the same name did decently well in 2nd week. After starting the second weekend with a tally of Rs. 1.55 crore on Friday, its collections increased to Rs. 3.65 crore on Saturday, and to Rs. 4.30 crore on Sunday. In this way, the film netted Rs. 9.50 crore in the second weekend. Its collections during the weekdays were as follows: Monday – Rs. 0.85 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 0.75 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 0.75 crore, Thursday – 0.70 crore. In other words, the film netted Rs. 3.05 crore in the weekdays. Hence its total for 2nd week went up to Rs. 12.55 crore. Its grand total for 2 weeks was an impressive Rs. 37.85 crore.

Marjaavaan collected Rs. 1.27 crore in the third weekend, and another Rs. 0.55 crore in the weekdays. Hence, by netting Rs. 1.82 crore in the third week, it took its total for 3 weeks to Rs. 47.74 crore.

Bala collected Rs. 0.55 crore on the first day of its fourth weekend. Collections doubled to Rs. 1.10 crore on Saturday. The Sunday total was Rs. 1.50 crore. It, therefore, collected Rs. 3.15 crore in the fourth weekend. Collections during the weekdays were: Monday – Rs. 0.40 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 0.40 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 0.38 crore, Thursday – Rs. 0.32 crore. By adding Rs. 1.50 crore to its kitty in the weekdays, the film took its total for the fourth week to Rs. 4.65 crore. Grand total for 4 weeks: Rs. 114.66 crore.
