Jawaani Jaaneman did fair business in the first weekend on the strength of the big cities and high-end multiplexes. Collections dropped during the weekdays. The film started with a net collection of Rs. 3 crore on the first day. Collections increased to Rs. 4.40 crore on Saturday and only Rs. 5 crore on Sunday, taking the first weekend’s total to Rs. 12.40 crore. Collections during the weekdays were as follows: Monday – Rs. 1.90 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 1.75 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 1.60 crore, Thursday – Rs. 1.50 crore. By adding Rs. 6.75 crore to the kitty in the weekdays, the film took its total for the first week to Rs. 19.15 crore.

Bad Boys For Life (dubbed) and the English original of the same name could not do much in its first week. It netted Rs. 1 crore on the opening day. Collections increased to Rs. 1.50 crore on Saturday. There was no increase on Sunday which, therefore, closed at Rs. 1.50 crore. After a weekend of Rs. 4 crore, collections on the weekdays were as follows: Monday – Rs. 0.55 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 0.50 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 0.50 crore, Thursday – Rs. 0.45 crore. The total for the weekdays was, therefore, Rs. 2 crore. In this way, the first week closed at Rs. 6 crore.
Street Dancer 3D fell almost 80% in 2nd week. It started the second weekend with a net collection of Rs. 1.60 crore. Collections on Saturday and Sunday were Rs. 2.75 crore and Rs. 3.40 crore respectively. The second weekend, therefore, closed at a dull Rs. 7.75 crore. By netting Rs. 1.50 crore in the weekdays, the film took its total for the second week to Rs. 5.35 crore. Grand total for 2 weeks: Rs. 20.55 crore.
Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior continued its victory march in 4th week too. It collected Rs. 2.25 crore on Friday. Collections jumped to Rs. 4.25 crore on Saturday, and further to Rs. 5.85 crore on Sunday. Hence, it netted Rs. 12.35 crore in the fourth weekend. Collections were impressive in the weekdays too: Monday – Rs. 1.60 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 1.45 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 1.35 crore, Thursday – Rs. 1.35 crore. By adding Rs. 5.75 crore to the kitty in the weekdays, the film took its total for the fourth week to Rs. 18.10 crore. Grand total for 4 weeks: Rs. 244.70 crore. It will touch the Rs. 250-crore mark this week.
