After Kuwait and Oman banned the release of Yash Raj Films’ Samrat Prithviraj, it is another Islamic country, Qatar, which has now disallowed its release. The Akshay Kumar starrer is based on the life of king Prithviraj Chauhan who fought valiantly to protect India from the authoritarian invader, Muhammad of Ghor.
The film, written and directed by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi, is scheduled to hit the screens the world over today (3rd June).
