Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan have gifted their Juhu (Bombay) bungalow, Prateeksha, to their daughter, Shweta Nanda. The property is spread over 17,000 sq. ft. and is valued at Rs. 50 crore.
The registration of the property deed transferring the bungalow was done early this month. The transfer was done through two gift deeds. A stamp duty of Rs. 50.70 lakh was paid by Bachchan.
