ARJUN RAMPAL SUMMONED AGAIN TODAY BY NCB, SEEKS TIME | 16 December, 2020

Arjun Rampal, who was interrogated by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on November 13 in the drugs case related to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput in June, was summoned again today (December 16) by the agency. However, the actor has sought time till December 21 to appear before the investigating agency. The NCB had questioned Rampal’s partner, Gabriella Demetriades too on two occasions recently.

The NCB had carried out searches at Arjun’s house last month and had seized some drugs containing opium but the actor had clarified that he had a prescription for the medicines. He had reportedly handed over the prescription to the NCB. Gabriella was questioned to ascertain links with her brother, Agisilaos Demetraiades, a South African who was arrested recently in a drugs case. Incidentally, Agisilaos was granted bail yesterday (15th) by the special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Kshitij Ravi Prasad, a former associate of Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment, was also granted bail yesterday.
