Artist Lalitha Lajmi, who played a bit role in Aamir Khan’s Taare Zameen Par and, much earlier, in another film, passed away today (13th February) at a hospital in Bombay. Her last rites were performed at the Oshiwara crematorium.
Lalitha was Guru Dutt’s siter, and filmmaker Kalpana Lajmi’s mother.
