A Hyderabad court on December 23 granted bail to all the six people who were arrested for allegedly vandalising the house of actor Allu Arjun to protest against the death of a woman at the premiere of his Telugu film, Pushpa: The Rule Part 2 on December 4 at Sandhya cinema in the city because of the stampede which followed his presence there. The attackers demanded justice and compensation of Rs. 1 crore for the family of the dead woman. Meanwhile, the police beefed up security at the actor’s house.

Incidentally, the political slugfest has aggravated with the BJP and the BRS accusing the Congress government for the attack on Allu’s house on December 22. The actor was issued notice to appear before the police today (December 24) for investigations into the stampede case.
