Cinemas in the state of Bihar have been allowed to function at full capacity with effect from tomorrow (February 14). As the number and intensity of COVID-19 cases reduces, states are lifting restrictions imposed earlier so that life returns to normalcy.
With Bihar, the number of states in which cinemas will be working at full capacity has increased to four. Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu are the other three states where capacity restrictions on cinemas have been lifted.
