BJP MPs SEEK NHRC PROBE INTO KANGANA OFFICE DEMOLITION | 17 September, 2020

Three senior BJP MPs on 16th September approached the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), asking it to conduct an inquiry and initiate action against the Uddhav Thackeray government in Maharashtra for partially demolishing Kangana Ranaut’s office last week. The three MPs who made the plea are Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, Vikas Mahatme and Bhagwat Karad. They said that the action taken against Kangana was vindictive as she had criticised the Maharashtra state government and the Bombay police.
