BOMBAY COPS REFUSE TO GIVE SUSHANT’S AUTOPSY REPORT COPY TO PATNA COPS | 2 August, 2020

The Bombay police and Cooper Hospital in Bombay, which performed the post-mortem on Sushant Singh Rajput, refused to give a copy of the autopsy report to the Patna police which is seeking to conduct a parallel probe into the death. The actor’s father has filed an FIR in Patna, stating that Sushant’s actress-girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty, had abetted his suicide and confined him, cheated him and hatched a criminal conspiracy against him. The Patna police team, which arrived in Bombay earlier this week, hardly met with any success in its investigation and gathering of reports. Meanwhile, Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar has said that the Bihar government would act if Sushant’s father sought a CBI probe into the death. The Maharashtra government has, in the meantime, filed a caveat before the Supreme Court on Rhea Chakraborty’s petition seeking transfer of the probe in the Bihar FIR, from Patna to Bombay.

Sushant Singh Rajput had committed suicide on 14th June in his flat at Bandra in Bombay.
