Boney Kapoor has gone to Madras with daughters Janhvi and Khushi. The family is celebrating Khushi’s birthday today (5th November). It is after three years that Boney is staying in his Madras home. The last he had stayed there was in 2017-end. In February 2018, Boney’s wife, top actress Sridevi, passed away in Dubai in a freak accident. After her untimely demise, the producer had never been able to get himself to stay in their house in Madras because it would underline her absence. The Madras home belonged to Sridevi who hailed from the city. Although Boney did perform a pooja at their Madras home after Sridevi’s passing away, he didn’t stay in the house. Even after that, work had taken the producer to Madras on several occasions but he preferred to check into a hotel rather than stay at their home. This time, the family decided to let the house buzz as a home over again.
From Madras, Boney would be going to Hyderabad tomorrow (6th November) for five days as the shootings of his Tamil and Telugu films are in progress there. Boney and Zee Studios’ Tamil film, Valimai, starring Ajith, as also his and Dil Raju’s Telugu remake of Pink, titled Vakeel Saab and starring Pawan Kalyan, are currently being shot in Hyderabad. Boney will return to Madras to his daughters on 10th. Janhvi and Khushi will bring in dad’s birthday the same evening. The family will reportedly return to Bombay on 13th for Diwali.
