A case of cheating has been registered against Vikram Bhatt and his daughter, Krishna Bhatt, after K Sera Sera Productions lodged a complaint. The Amboli (Bombay) police have registered a case against the filmmaker and his daughter on the direction of a metropolitan magistrate court.
According to the FIR, K Sera Sera Box Office Productions Ltd. and Vikram Bhatt Studios entered into a contract in March 2022, according to which the profits of their joint projects under the banners of K Sera Sera and Vikram Bhatt Virtual World were to be shared. K Sera Sera said, it invested Rs. 1.39 crore in the projects. According to the complaint, the Bhatts used the money for some other personal projects.
Vikram Bhatt’s advocate said, the FIR against his clients was absolutely baseless and untenable. He added that they would challenge the same before the Bombay high court.
