Dharmendra, who was hospitalised for a muscle pull recently, was discharged from the hospital on 1st May. Taking to Twitter, he informed his fans about his health and warned them from overdoing anything. He said in a video message which he tweeted, “Friends, don’t overdo anything. I did it and suffered a big muscle pull at the back. So I had to go to the hospital for two-four days. It was difficult. Anyway, I’m back with your good wishes, blessings. So don’t worry. Now I’ll be very careful.”
