The Enforcement Directorate has attached immovable properties worth Rs. 1.80 crore of late film financier, post-production studio owner and builder Yusuf Lakdawala and others in connection with a money laundering case. The property is at Maval, Lonavala.
The ED had arrested Lakdawala in the case in May 2021 and had subsequently filed a chargesheet against him along with others. Lakdawala died in jail in September 2021.
