Ekta Kapoor was awarded the Directorate award at the 51st International Emmy Awards on 21st November. Actor and stand-up comic Vir Das bagged the award for comedy for his ‘Vir Das: Landing’.
Shefali Shah, who was nominated for best actress for her performance in web series Delhi Crime, and Jim Sarbh, nominated for best actor for his role in web series Rocket Boys, did not win the awards.
