Action and inquiry has also been initiated against five employees of the revenue department of the Corporation, who have been named as co-accused in the cinema case.
The case relates to the scam in granting concession to persons who owed huge amounts to the Indore Municipal Corporation by way of property tax. The scam came to light during proceedings before the Lok Adalat.
