The Jharkhand high court has quashed a criminal case against filmmaker Prakash Jha. The case had been filed by Classic Multiplex Pvt. Ltd. which had also filed an FIR alleging violation of agreement. The police found the allegation to be untrue.
The company said, it had paid Jha Rs. 20 lakh and he was to provide 10,000 sq. ft. space in his mall, but he failed to do so.
