Hema Malini and lyricist and CBFC chairman Prasoon Joshi will be conferred the Indian Film Personality of the Year award for 2021 at the International Film Festival of India to be held from tomorrow (20th November) in Goa. The announcement was made by Union I & B minister Anurag Thakur yesterday (18th November).
