Kangana Ranaut and her sister, Rangoli Chandel, yesterday (March 2) filed a transfer petition in the Supreme Court, asking for the several cases filed against them in courts in Bombay to be transferred to Himachal Pradesh. Javed Akhtar has, therefore, filed a caveat in the apex court, asking to be made a party in the transfer petition.
Kangana and Rangoli’s petition states that the two sisters feared for their lives if the various cases against them were tried in Bombay.
