The producers of Jawan have finalised the new release date. Instead of 2nd June, the Shah Rukh Khan starrer will now hit the screens on 7th September.
Meanwhile, the release of Maidaan has not been changed. It will come on the scheduled date of 23rd June. There were murmurs that Maidaan would move ahead because Jawan would be releasing on 29th June on the occasion of Bakr Eid. But since Jawan has been shifted from 2nd June to 7th September, and not 29th June, the need for Maidaan to change its release date has not arisen.
