Malayalam filmmaker Jeethu Joseph has denied recent media reports suggesting legal friction over Drishyam 3 between his team and the makers of the Hindi adaptation, starring Ajay Devgan. He called the claims false and a media hoax.
The rumours emanated following speculative reports that the Hindi version of Drishyam 3 would go on floors before the original Malayalam version led by Mohanlal. It was alleged in the media reports that Joseph had threatened legal action against the Hindi version’s makers from going on the sets first.
Jeethu Joseph has clarified that he and Abhishek Pathak, who will direct the Hindi version, are in constant touch with each other.
