Noted veteran Kannada film, stage and television actor Hulivana Gangadharaiah passed away in a hospital in Bangalore yesterday (18th July) due to COVID-19. He was 70. He was hospitalised with severe respiratory problems and breathed his last on 18th night. He had acted in more than 120 films. Among his notable performances were in films like Neer Dose, Kurigalu Sir Kurigalu and Shabdavedi. He had around 1,500 shows of stage-plays to his credit.
