Wing Commander L.K. Dutta (retd.), father of actress Lara Dutta, passed away today (1st June) in Bombay. He was cremated at the Santacruz Hindu crematorium later in the day. (The picture above shows (on the left) the actress with her father; on the right, Lara is seen at the crematorium.)
The family had celebrated his 84th birthday on 12th May.
